The biggest fear when handing over a phone is what happens when you are not looking. So we let you look. For every pickup or courier repair, and for walk-in customers who cannot wait, we open your device on a live WhatsApp video call. You see your original parts, the fault, and the new part going in.

Unfortunately, the repair trade has a reputation problem: some technicians swap a customer's good battery for an old one, remove a working camera or IC from a phone brought in for a screen, or scroll through a customer's gallery. Customers cannot see inside their phone, so they cannot know. We decided the answer is simple — show them.
At our Keshavpura counter, phones are opened in front of the customer. When you are not at the counter — because we collected the phone from Vigyan Nagar, Talwandi or Landmark City, or you sent it by courier from Bundi or Baran — the video call does the same job.

What you can verify on the call
Your original battery and its printed capacity/date before and after the repair.
The motherboard, camera modules and ICs in place — nothing missing.
The actual fault: cracked panel, corroded connector, worn port, swollen cell.
The new part packaging and grade you chose (original / OG / compatible).
Function tests: touch, display, charging, camera, speaker, sensors.

Yes. It is part of the service for every pickup and courier job, and for walk-in customers who cannot wait at the counter.
What will I see on the call?
Your phone being opened, the original battery/board/parts inside, the fault we found (for example a corroded connector or cracked panel), the new part going in, and the tests afterwards.
Can I ask questions during the call?
Of course. The technician explains what they are doing and answers your questions — in Hindi or English.
What if I cannot join at that time?
We send photos and a short video of the open device on WhatsApp instead, and wait for your approval before any part is replaced.
Do you record the repair?
On request we send you a short recording of the key steps. We do not store recordings.
