Terms of service & warranty

Repairs

• Diagnosis is free. A quote is given before work; work starts only after your approval.
• Prices on this website are indicative ranges; the final price depends on the exact model, fault and part grade and is confirmed on the quote.
• If a board-level repair does not succeed, no repair charge is payable (parts ordered specially at your request may be charged at cost).
• Please back up your data before any repair. Hardware repairs do not normally affect data, but we cannot be responsible for data loss from a device that is already damaged.
• Devices not collected within 60 days of being ready may be disposed of after two reminders.

Warranty

• Every repair carries a warranty on the part and the workmanship for the period written on your bill (it varies by part grade).
• Covered: manufacturing defects in the fitted part and recurrence of the repaired fault.
• Not covered: physical damage, liquid damage, pressure/bending, unauthorised opening after our repair, or software changes by the customer. Warranty seals must be intact.
• Water-damage and previously-opened-elsewhere repairs are warranted on the specific work done, as stated on the bill.

Pickup, delivery and courier

• Pickup ₹40 and delivery ₹40 within Kota city; both free when the repair bill exceeds ₹500. A photo record is made at pickup and delivery.
• For courier jobs, the customer bears the risk and cost of sending; we pack return shipments securely and add return courier at cost (free above ₹2,000).

Spare-part orders

• Payment by UPI only. Orders are confirmed after payment verification; unpaid orders are cancelled after 48 hours.
• Kota 2-hour delivery applies to payments verified before the daily cut-off (8 PM; 5 PM Sundays); later payments are delivered the next working day. No deliveries on the 29th of the month.
• Dead-on-arrival parts: send a video within 48 hours of delivery for replacement or refund. Parts damaged during installation, or with tampered seals, are not returnable.
• Refunds are made to the same UPI ID within 3–5 working days.

Buy-back

Offers depend on inspection. We buy only from the owner with a plausible ownership record and check the IMEI against blacklists. Data on purchased devices is securely wiped.
