So for every pickup job we offer a WhatsApp video call while your device is opened: you see the original battery, board and parts, the fault we found, and the part going in. Nothing is opened or replaced without your consent, and removed parts are returned to you.
Unfortunately, some repair shops swap good batteries, ICs or cameras with old ones, or snoop through customer data. We built Prince Mobile on the opposite principle.

How much does pickup and delivery cost?
₹40 to collect and ₹40 to deliver anywhere in Kota city. Both are completely FREE when your repair bill is above ₹500 — which covers almost every screen, battery, laptop and board repair.
Do you collect laptops as well as phones?
Yes — phones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches and even desktop CPUs. Laptop collection, repair and delivery is one of our most-used services for students, offices and coaching institutes in Kota.
How fast can you pick up?
During pickup hours (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM) usually within 1–2 hours of booking, or at the slot you choose. Same-day return for most screen, battery and charging repairs.
How do I know my phone is safe and nothing is swapped?
You get a WhatsApp job confirmation with photos at pickup, we open the phone on a live video call if you want, your original parts stay in the phone, and everything is tested with you at delivery. Read our full privacy and parts promise.
How do I pay?
At delivery, by UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm) or cash, after you have checked the repaired device. No advance for standard repairs.
