A repair shop holds two things that are not its own: your data and your phone's parts. This page is our written commitment on both — the same rules we have followed in Keshavpura since 2005.

1. We never check, open or copy your data
We strictly follow customer data-privacy norms. Your photos, videos, chats, contacts, emails, passwords, bank and payment apps are never opened by anyone in our shop, and nothing is ever copied from your device to ours. For most hardware repairs your phone can stay locked. Where an unlocked screen is genuinely needed (software, data recovery, some tests), you unlock it yourself and stay present — at the counter or on a video call.
2. We never share your phone number or details
Your number, name and address are used only to communicate about your repair or order. We do not share them with other shops, marketers or "offers", we do not sell lists, and we do not add you to bulk broadcast groups.
3. All your phone's original parts stay in your phone
It is an open secret that some repair technicians remove a good battery, camera, IC or other component from a customer's phone and put in an old one — the customer never knows. At Prince Mobile, every original spare part stays in your phone. The only parts that leave are the ones you asked us to replace, and those are handed back to you.
4. Nothing is opened or replaced without your consent
Free diagnosis first. Then you get the exact price and the list of parts on WhatsApp or at the counter. Work starts only after your yes. If we find something extra while inside, we stop and ask.
5. Opened in front of you — or on a live video call
If you come to the shop, your phone is opened at the counter in front of you. If we collected it or you sent it by courier, we open it on a live WhatsApp video call so you see the original parts and the fault. Photos are sent at pickup and delivery.
6. Original parts from donor phones, honestly labelled
We buy dead phones for their working original components and use them in repairs — a real original camera or display beats a new copy. Every part is labelled honestly as original / original pulled / OG / compatible, with the price difference explained.
7. Selling your phone? We zero-format it
Before you sell, exchange or give away a phone or laptop, we do a zero-format secure wipe — overwriting the storage so that photos, chats and passwords can never be recovered by anyone. Every phone we buy from customers gets the same treatment before it is touched.
8. Warranty, in writing
Every repair carries a warranty on the part and the labour, written on your bill with the period. If a repaired fault returns within warranty, we fix it free.
9. If we get it wrong

For most hardware repairs, no — the phone can stay locked; we only need to test touch, display and calls with you. For software, data recovery or when a test needs the home screen, we ask you to unlock it yourself, in front of you or on the video call.
Will you look at my photos, chats or accounts?
No. That is our first rule. We do not open your gallery, WhatsApp, email, bank apps or files, and nothing is copied from your phone to any of our devices.
What stops a technician from swapping my battery or IC?
The phone is opened in front of you or on a live video call, you see the original parts, and removed parts are handed back. Our technicians are salaried and our reputation in Kota since 2005 depends on this.
