How a remote recovery session works
You WhatsApp us the problem; we confirm whether remote recovery is possible.
You install the remote-support app and share the one-time code. You see everything; you can end the session any time.
We scan the drive read-only and show you a preview list of recoverable files.
You approve the quote. Files are recovered to a different drive/folder that you choose (never onto the same drive).
You verify the files. Payment by UPI only after recovery. We disconnect and the access code expires.
